refurb gearbox

i have just tried to take my gearbox apart have taken all the bolts out and tried to lift off the side with the speedo on but seems to be stuck and wont budge any ideas anyone

what model and how many bolts have you taken out ?

all the bolts that go straight thru and the box is off a standard wrx import mate

you need to unbolt the transfer case from the box where there is a plate on the mainshaft with four bolts, two each side holding the cases together.
