Default Still have a boost problem, can anyone help

Ive got a newage blobeye (ppp), a week or so ago i got into the car and when driving noticed it would only boost upto 0.5 bar, before this there was no indication of any problems and it was boosting upto 1.5 bar nicely, so i havent driven it for a week and tried it again this morning and i still have the same problem, the CEL light isnt on, could there be a problem with some vacuum lines or the boost solinoid ?

Any advice would be great.

You shouldn't be seeing 1.5 bar on a WRX PPP - max is 1.15 bar and isn't very "nice" on a poor little TD04.
Either the gauge is stuffed/ inaccurate or the wastegate isn't opening.
0.5 bar sounds like limp home mode, but a CEL should also be showing.
Has the CEL light got tape over it or the bulb taken out?

If it really is 1.5 bar then there would have been serious overboosting and major jerking from fuel cut.

The CEL light is ok was on a while back from a vacuum leak, maybe the gauge isnt that accurate but it did read 1.5 bar :-s no probs with fuel cut etc.

how can i check if the waste gate is seized, should you be able to open it by hand moving the push rod?
