Default ways of squeezing out that BHP!?

Hi guys, I have a 2002 WRX 2.0L and I was just wandering if you could tell me ways of getting more power with my car without spending too much money.

I know about things like decat exhaust, bigger turbo etc... but i don't know much abot the smaller details like injectors etc...

Could you list some ways to boost my power and put how much roughly my car would increase by?

Many thanks, Rob.

If you stick with a TD04 turbo and a decat up-pipe and decent exhaust you'll then just need a remap to get to about 270-280bhp, maxed out with lots of supporting work the TD04 will sneak close to 300bhp, but at that point most have alreday gone for a bigger turbo, beyond that the question is very 'open' and its hard to be precise without knowing either your budget or target!

TD04 Are only good for 275bhp,

I run a TD04 in mine, and before i started to mod in with was already pushing 269bhp, then i changed the exhaust for a 3" full decat, it pulls alot better but at top the power tails off, as i have gone over the 275bhp, but i just got a vf23 turbo which will see me to about 340ish,

TD04 can get close to 300 with the right mods.

To the OP, have a look here for details on mods for various power levels - AndyForrestPerformance
