anyone know the major diifferences between an 03 uk STI and an 03 JDM STI
also what will the engine internals take power wise befour it becomes weak?

I've got an 03 JDM STi, not totaly sure but im sure ull have more replies soon.. but the JDM comes with an equal length manifold, twin scroll turbo (VF37 iirc), DCCD and Brembo's as standard. Don't think the 03 UK STi's come with these.

As regards to what power they can take, mine is booked into powerstation to have the stage 3 work done (Next week, Can;t wait ) which should see me up to 350-360 mark with simular ft/lbs torque figures, all this will be on standard internals, just a walbro 255lph fuel pump, milltek exhaust and K&N filter.

The UK spec ones with the same tuning done (According to the powerstation website) will only make 320hp. to get 350+ from them looks like you need a bigger turbo.

my car has brembos, no DCCD though which to be honnest iv got in my type R and its a pain in the ***, undrivable on the road in anything more than all the way off,
Turbos not an issue as iv got a garret hybrid to go on the car if needed
