im looking to buy my first subaru on saturday its a 1994 legacy gtb with 49000miles on it and wondered if there is anything i need to look for / do?
anything in particular?

Same as with any car basically. A full history with lots of paperwork is what I prefer. I don't know too much about Legacys, but Subaru engines need regular oil changes. Try doing a search on here there's bound to be other posts regarding this.
