Default Gearbox Oil?

Just looking for some guidance as to what oil would be best for my gearbox as its being replaced with a 2nd hand box which has covered 40k in the next week or so, due to 2nd gear taking an early retirement

It will be fore my P1 and the oil will need to suit fast road use with a few gear changes under heavy load

I believe the contenders are:

Silkolene Syn5 75w-90
Motul Gear300 75w-90
Castrol Syntrax 75w-90
What about a Redline 75w-90?

Has anyone got anything to comment on any of the oils above which may help me choose which one to take?

Whats the deal with the Redline lightweight oil!? Is it only for performance gearsets?
