I have a bug wrx uk with standard headlights and have the chance of a set of uk sti headlights. Are they direct replacements or do i need any other parts to make them work i.e. ballasts if there HID, same or different connectors or will my headlamp adjust stop working? Cheers

 

You need to wire them in, not impossible, bit harder to get the motors to work. Search the forum a few of us have done it.

You can also buy an adapter harness, there is a guy who sells them that sometimes posts on here, can't remember his name though. If you pm bugeye_scoob he will point you in the right direction.

Wagons_Ho does the harnesses, I've made my own for the lights including using Nissan ballasts, but you need to get the connectors so ideally you want lenghts of wire with the plugs included with the ballasts. If you search my threads I did one about the job .

I didn't do the motors and had no problems with alignment for the MOT.
