Question

Andy
Just been looking at the photos of the "off" you had. Without knowing any circumstances and without wanting to hijack the thread, would it be wise to question why the mud was on the road to such an extent??
If you can argue that a) there was no warning b) it severely affected the condition of the road AND with the photographic you have and/or witness statements taken at the time surely the local road authority or land owner who caused the mud to be on the road would be held accountable??
Just a thought you may get some recompense, I'm glad that you walked away unscathed, I'll go back to minding my own business now
All the best
Rich

Thumbs up

Thanks Richard, you're not the first to mention it, but I will look into it on Monday!

Karlos - Not totalled, just a bit of damage!!

Should be back on the road in less than a month!! (Fingers crossed)

Cheers
Andy
