Yahoo, have announced that they are closing there servers for there failed media venture.

Whilst this initially wont affect users, anyone who wants to transfer songs to a new machine, is out of luck due to DRM.

basically they wont be able to validate the tunes they've paid for.

And they,ll have to obtain them again, at their cost.


Dont you just love DRM


PS there is a work round, but its not very elegant, or cheap!!
