You have just changed the box and it was there on the previous box? Right.
Look at the rear diff as it may be locking up/grabbing.

thanks mate, now going to have a look at the rear diff, as when i drive in a full circle you can see/hear the rear wheel grabbing, i hope it is the rear diff cant be as bad as changing the box !!

Go on a loose surface that is reasonably smooth like a temporary car park at a construction site topped off with black fines/grit. Get a mate to drive the car on full lock at walking pace in either direction and you observe the rear wheel rotation. You should easily see it skip.
It may be that your rear diff can be rebuilt/adjusted by a specialist such as API or similar subject to where you are located. Often cheaper than a new diff.
If you replace the diff, make sure you get the right one/ratio and this is easiest done by comparing transmission codes and then counting crown wheel and pinion teeth when you have the diffs out just to be sure.

hello mate, yes inside wheel is grabbing, i also undo the rear prop and tried it, and the noise went so its either rear diff or center diff, i will just replace the rear diff with a second hand unit. hope it cures it. thanks.
