Looks like the Rocker Cover gasket to me

 

There looks to be two seperate ones here. There's a rubber gasket in between the black plastic breather and the rocker cover, that's one. To the right of that it looks like one of the big rubber washers on the top middle rocker cover bolts has perished. Both an easy fix and should take about 10 mins to do.

Yes mate I did. I'll definitely be in touch. I'm going to look into this clear cover thing because If I cant get them done I may aswell stick with hard anodised ones. But I'll defo have a full set of the others when i've finished the build

 

We looked into getting the clear covers made up a while back and it was mega money .... they had to be made in China
