what pressure
Hi going to fit a FX fuel pressure regulator this weekend to a 04 Sti, will be connectd to a defi, anybody tell me what pressure i should set it to. and any tips on fitting.
Thanks,
Rob.
Thanks,
Rob.
it constantly fluctuates.
You set the fuel pressure at atmospheric pressure, with the manifold vac line disconnected.
Then when you reconnect the vac line it will miraculously drop about half a bar straight away depending on the turbo.
The as pressure increases so does fuel pressure.
Hence why at reasonable boost levels people suggest NOT fitting the sytec/FSE units but SX

...setting the fpr at 1 atm is a bit low mate, - oe fpr is set to 3bar.
