Whats the basic limit when it comes to tuning a 99 uk turbo?? IE, the limits of the engine, being standard, the engine is not forged, and i know they are quite weak compared to a wrx engine or sti block.
At the moment its running about 300-310 with 290lb, would like to know the limits also of 440cc injectors and combining that with a td04 and front mount, what would be the best reliable power to map it to, without bending bits!!!

I have a uk 99 wagon. Im runing standadr engine and block. Im running a td05 18g, sti v8 top mount, 550cc injectors up/rated fuel pump and induction kit. Mines making 370bhp/350ftlb. I wudn't like to take her above 400bhp and similar torque with standard block etc. Mines bin fine and never missed a beat, just regular oil changes and i keep my eye on things.

As for the TDo4, no matter what mods you do with a tdo4, your never going to get any power figure much above 270bhp as turbo isn't big enough to make the power.

you say that, and i appreciate it, but it made 310 the other day on the rollers, and that was with a td04!!
Am glad to hear it will take decent power, i dont really want to go over 350 anyway!!! lol maybe 300 at wheels would be nice!!! what about injectors?? how far will 440's go??
