I'm looking into buying a bugeye wrx or uk300 and i'm after some advise on what to look for/ things to check etc.

well I've just bought a uk300 if you look at one make sure it has the ppp fitted should have a certificate with it. Also look for blue prodrive hose below the intercooler. Should also have black and blue interior. Oh and a prodrive exhaust. Other than that just keep an eye out for the usual stuff panel gaps, overspray, smoke from exhaust, any rattles from engine/transmission etc.
If it's been modified make sure it's been carried out by a reputable tuner.

2nd hand cars aren't really selling at the moment it's a buyers market, so don't rush into first one you look at unless it's immaculte obviously cos there is plenty out there at the moment.
