Default Driveshaft type? 2003 Spec C

Hi All.

Well after my last track outing i seem to have developed a knocking noise from the rear of the car when pulling away jerkily or letting the car break on the engine.

Presume its a drive shaft as it appears to be coming form the left hand side and not central so dont think its the diff.

Can anyone confirm what driveshaft i need. Are they handed on the rear? Do the shafts swap from wrx to sti to spec c etc?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

On my last track day my MY03 JDM did a wheel bearing and that made a banging noise. So could be a bearing rather than driveshaft?
