Default blob eye / hawk eye engine mods

Hi,

I am soon to aquire either a blob eye or hawk eye.

Is there a big difference in enigine moding available to the 2 models?

I'd be getting a STi PPP with 3 grand to spend on mods - what would you go for?

Cheers

The hawkeye 2.5 engine will release gobs of low down torque with basic modifications than the 2.0 engine. It also has the auto DCCD box, better ratios, beefed up suspension/track....
Do you really want it to come with PPP? If its already on then take it off and sell it - put towards a remap + exhaust + pump.

I thought the remap that prodrive did would have been a good remap - what sort of bhp could you expect from your mods listed above then? Im a bit of a newb do you mean a fuel pump of intercooler pump? Is it better to upgrade all these things and then remap so that the remap takes all these mods into consideration? Cheers

Its a well respected mapping effort and offers a warranty. If you want a map to push the engine further and don't worry about the warranty then there are other alternatives.
Its a fuel pump and expect 330 hp/ 360 lbft for IRO £1700.
