Like Stuart I have been put in a holding pattern by the Beeb.

They promised resolution by 9th Jan, which has obviously passed. It is clearly being taken seriously as there isn't a simple rejection of the complaint.

I will also post once things become clear - a bit worrying that What Car is the 'expert witness' though! Although even more of interest that it is not Top Gear Magazine!

Realistically you would need to engage BIMTA, AA, media sources etc.

In the interim our cars remain dangerous so I am only using mine on the track just in case I have problems on the road

did you get anywhere with your complaint about that series (cant remember name) that did the article on those highly dangerous greys that people are importing!?

Its funny you should mention that, I spoke to someone at the BBC yesterday chasing up their response to my complaint about HardCash - it's still being investigated and they're waiting for some stuff to come back from WhatCar and the producers

As soon as I get a reply I'll post it up here

I seem to remember Rannoch posting that it can be upto 6 months before you get a reply to your complaint.
