Question Mystery Scooby in Daresbury

Evening all ! Thinking caps at the ready if you please.Yesterday afternoon i was on the way home from work when i was followed and passes by a lovely subaru and i thought i recognized it from detailingworld forum as it looked immaculate and it had very distinctive wheels on it.
The car was electric blue(my description of the colour )had the big rally style blue mud flaps and the wheels had gold spokes but not the usual 5 spoke design possibly 9 or 10 spokes and a deep chrome lip,but also the most highly polished exhaust back box i have ever seen !!.
It wasnt the very latest model as they look very different to all the previous models but it was seen near manor park, daresbury .
Anyone know who own's it as its the first car i have seen on the road that made me think that they must care about their car as much as i do about mine.
Regards Tweekster

This could have been me if it was around 4:30PM as I work in Manor Park.
