What are the service costs like for a P1 as compared to a Std 4door turbo.

I know, I know, if you can afford a P1 then you can afford the service costs, however I would still be interested to know. Also another silly question, when used reasonably, whats the mpg.

Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve,

I think you'll find that servicing costs are pretty similar to a UK model. But it alarms me how much the charges can vary from dealer to dealer. Phone a couple of local dealers, and ask them for prices.

Not true about the affording it bit thought. I'll admit to it being a bit borderline for me, but I dont drink and rarely go out, so being a boring git has to have some compensations, and mine's the P1!

As far as mileage is concerned, that's down to you. The running in period I was getting near 30mpg on SUL, I've got 18 on a tank of 95 with more spirited driving. Put it on a track, and you could probably halve that again.

....or Wales for the Network Q.

Josh - Does spirited driving mean 5,000 revs

I used to get around 250miles out of a tank in my UK my99 Impreza - mix of m/way & town. Now I get around 220 in my P1 for similar. Best I've had was 270 for a m/way trip.
