anyone know if you can use dump to atmosphere valves or do they have to be recirc type ?

You can use them for the woosh sound if you like that sort of thing, but don't forget to tell your insurance company so that they can scre another couple of hundred quid out of you !

If you have a 280 PS STI.

SARD Racing BOV is the best one, coz you can adjust the air release pressure for road or racing use.

Speaking from experience....I wouldnt bother. Screws the fueling up making the car run too rich under some conditions

If you use a dump to atmosphere valve in a recirculating system such as the Scoob's wouldn't you LOSE performance? Sounds a bit like fashion over function to me - please correct me if I'm mistaken
