Silver classic Wych Elm Harlow; also police scooby

Silver classic parked up in Autocentre Wych Elm at 8.30 this am. Then at 4.30 pm police subaru parked on side of one of the avenues leading into Harlow and another ANPR vehicle further down

went passed the police scooby that was parked up by the ANPR van and gave them a wave and smile and they just gave me a cold stare back.....come on guys lighten up a bit
