i just bought a 55 plate car on friday i have done less than 100 miles in it and there is a noise coming from the gear box sound like the main bearing or something to that part and the tappets are noisey.the car still has 3 months manufacturers warrant as well as the garage i got it from can i tell them i dont want it givin the problems it has! the car is on finance! will they just tell me that they will fix the problem and not give me that choice? because i dont want more problems after the warranty is finished! even if i say i will have another car at the same price from there garage!
