Default mot and emissions

I have a 03 wrx thats had the cat pipe removed.
it still has stock up and downpipes.
last year the CO was 0.77%!!

would it be possible to get in down to 0.2% with the help of octane booster or similar??? plus a warm engine??

I thought it would have no probs with only 1 cat removed!!??

whats people thoughts??

If your car is in danger of failing emmission with only the centre cat removed you have a problem ! You have two further cats, one in the DP and one in the Uppipe ! Most people get through an mot without the uppipe cat and 100 cell on the DP cat only.

Have you put any air filters on it?

These may be affecting the MAF causing it to overfuel. Mine did this really badly. Had horrendous readings!
