Is there anything to look out for if youve got a dodgy intercooler?
Would be grateful for any info.

 

As long as fins are not broken off or overly bent (they can be straightened) and it does not leak, there isn't much that can go wrong with an intercooler. Another thing to do is give it a thorough clean inside (I use petrol) to remove all the accumulated oil residue in it.
