I did, I'm working out if it's worth me building them on a commercial bassis.....

Origionally I thought it wouldn't be cost effective, but I have re-laid out the ciruit and made a few adjustments, so I think it may now be a possibility....

It will be of a similar size to below, but will only have 5 LED's, either in a similar arrangment or just straight.

Options of remote LED fitting (i.e in Dash binnacle) may also be available.

Depends how the prototype goes....

Scott,

Yep - I used your idea of LEDs & similar slope arrangement.

The only other differences are:
I used LED Clips - makes fitting a lot easier
I also added 1.3mm socket & switch so I could power it from the lighter socket & turn it off when it bugged me.

PS - edited to add - I also changed the default mode from dot to bar by applying potential to pin 9.

A bit tricky to fit in a box that size tho' isn't it.
