4th gears goes out

4th gears goes out
After a gearbox rebuild i have problem with the 4th gear. The 4th gear doesn't stay in place without my hand in the gear lever. No noises or any trouble in others gears.Some help please?

It's fecked.
well it's either missing a detent ball / spring combo or fourth syncro is bolluxed.
Send it back to the person who rebuilt it surely?

But if it is any problem with the syncro it must make some noise .

Have you spoken to the company that rebuilt it?

The problem right now is that i am 600 km from Athens and i dont know if i can drive the car for return without making any damage.
