You can order one from your local dealer's parts counter!

They won't supply one for an Import.

Subaru will only supply a service book for a genuine UK car & will only do that after the dealer has filled out a request form in which you have to supply all vehicle details (Reg/Vin/Owners Name & Address/Reason for request etc etc) This is then sent to IM and they then make a decision weather to supply one or not.

I've heard you can get them at an inflated price on ebay.

 

I have a Euro import, from Cyprus. when I bought it from the UK dealer, they sent a request to the supplying Subaru dealer in Cyprus and I got the service book a few months later. Granted, it took a while but I did get one.
Did you buy it from a dealer in the UK that can ask the supplying Subaru dealer for one?
