mine are getting loud and just wondering whats involved changing them, is it a engine out job or not ?

it dont bother me much just when i forget to clip the face for the stereo on,, though the morning knocking is a real worry but shuts up after 5 mins im glad to say

 

They all knock when cold mate. Classics anyway. Mine is has always done it and is still going strong.

 

wouldnt worry about it.

my tappets (my99) are noisy, sounds like a turkey clucking really quickly lol when they get going. usually louder after heavy driving when the engines hot.

buy a nur spec and some decent speakers... jobs a good un'

 

id rather shut it up tbh, guess its the old cossie driver in me but the ONLY time i wanna hear noises is when the cars telling me to give it some loving

also im going ring in 3 weeks and hate being in a tow truck doing 55mph,,,,,, and thats when im less than 100 miles from home

piston slap i dont worry about though
