Try Sccobyworld, TSL, Powerstation, Demon Tweeks Scoobybits or a Subaru dealers. I'm sure there are loads more.

Prodrive are very popular springs as they are matched exactly to the car although they lower the car by around 10-15 mm apparantly.
Eibach are also very popular and Powerstation fit these as part of a suspension upgrade.
I have Tein 'S' Tech springs on my STi and I rate them highly. They lower the car around 30mm and I can't fault the way they improve the handling and ride.
Whiteline Flat out springs are also popular.

Any of the above would suit and all have different ride heights.
