i get a strange squeaking sound.... almost like ek ek ek ek ek ek then the engine warms up and its gone.... iv not driven the car by this time i thought id add, only get it when car is started from cold and im there waiting for it to warm up.........

 

I get this from my Bugeye from time to time....... I think it's from the TGV's (Tumble Generator Valves).

There again I'm paranoid about sounds so I blame everything on the TGV's as it doesn't cost money to listen to them squeak LOL

It could be the power steering pump? check the fluid level mate

 

Could be a cam belt tensioner........

 

Could be one of many things. As above plus Water pump bearing, alternator bearing, alternator/air con belt slip, cam belt idler bearing etc.

yeh i was thinking power steering pump, but its been raining and windy everyday when im free so iv not been able to check... howfully weather will calm down again in next few days
