Last year was a good day out if I remember right.

Not sure on much details untill they release the spectator info nearer to the date, however the main stages to view are Thieves Wood, Blidworth Woods & Sherwood Pines. All can be found on the forestry commision website.

I only live 2 mins away so no convoy for me. In fact the push bike may come out for a spin lol

 

Just a bit too far for me to cycle this year, but only about 10 mins up the road to the Blidworth stage. Hope that circumstances permit, and the weather is niiice.

The only stage I can make is the Sunday afternoon run at Clipstone North (Sherwood Pines) to see the Moderns.

First time out with new Camera, Lens & Flash, managed to see the historics 3 times Clipstone North Saturday night & then 2 runs through Thieves wood. Also saw the Moderns 3 times, 2 runs through Thieves Wood & the Clipstone North. Now got 2000 pictures to sort, here's a small selection.
