I am looking for a short term personal lease/hire of a automatic car for my girlfriend for 12 months.

Does anyone know of any good people to use or any good websites to browse? I've seen contract hire rates of 289 quid for a 12 month contract hire of a Merc C200 Auto estate - but is contract hire for business people only?

Can anyone help? Anyone done this before?

Try looking in the back of Top Gear or Autocar, etc. There are quite a few companies advertising this sort of thing in there. Personal or business - the rates may vary but most will do it.

 

There are a few around who will do personall leasing, you will find that unless you do less than 10K miles you will be hammered with additional mileage costs.
