I thought everyone knew who he was, Ben Collins does most of the stuff but there have been some manufacturer test drivers doing their makes of car.

i am thought it was stig blomqvist ex touring car / rally car driver/ a little F1 and ford test driver from the 80's he had a book out and has references to top gear i believe????
