Does anyone know what wheels these are?

Not sure what they are - Blitz split rims maybe - either way you'll need a toothbrush and a lifetime to keep them clean.

There are ones simular (look alike split rims) called something like "Ultralite 930"
but IIRC they are anything bar light-weight, they are heavy.

They look like Braid alloys to me. Custom made split rims which are not cheap!
