A couple of days ago a local garage was changing my Clutch, they found there was a problem the Turbo to down pipe was very loose. 1 Stud and 1 bolt missing, 1 Fecked Stud & gasket FUBAR'd.

The contacted a Local Subaru dealership (***** hopeless) so I gave Dirk a call at Powerstation. So ordered 2 studs,3 bolts,3 nuts and a gasket next day delivery.

I was delivered 9.00am the next day, fitted by the garage so back on the road by 11.00am

Anyway looked at the bill today cost just over £20 for all of it and only £1.00 P&P

the nut from my downpipe fell off and lodged in the uv joint mid corner locking the rack

to say i **** my self was an under statement

Why are the nuts coming out of the down pipe is this common and what exhaust systems are you both using?

 

Standard OEM nuts The A roads around my way are full of potholes and speed bumps, more like a bad "B" road

Must be making the exhaust swing more loosening it off
