Default Different inlet pipe options - anyone tried SFS?

Anyone tried the SFS inlet pipe? I'm just looking at options to replace my inlet pipe on my MY98/v4 WRX and so far, a new OE pipe doesn't make sense because although it will work, it will undoubtedly perish or melt at the turbo end just like every other one I've had has. The APS and Agency Power hard pipes, as well as the Perrin silicone pipe are for newage cars only. Autobahn 88 is out because last time I had one it gave me terrible surge and didn't fit properly. Samco is £200 although it would do the job.

SFS is about the same price as Samco but interestingly it is much longer than every other make, because it includes the short wide pipe between the normal end of the inlet and the MAF, all in one piece.

Anyone actually used one of these SFS pipes? It looks like an excellent design, IF it fits perfect, and at least you get a decent lot of silicone for your money! But from the photo I've seen it looks quite round in profile rather than the oval that it really needs to be, especially on the main bend near the PS tank.

IIRC SFS was started by some guys who left Samco, so are usually pretty good quality.

Yes I use plenty of their stuff myself, I heard the same thing a few years ago. Just wondering if anyone has actually used this particular pipe on their own car yet.
