up pipe
Hya,
I have just got a janspeed turbo up pipe for my wrx, the design is a slip joint how do you stop this from leaking I thought it would of been one piece

It may leak on start up but will soon seal itself once it gets hot, one piece pipes have more chance of failing due to cracking etc.

Hya,
Going to sound thick here, but how does it seal it self when one just slots into the other has no sealent, or does the heat bond it together.

The heat expands it and that creates a seal. Slip jointed are better as it allows for expansion and contraction.
