Wanting to go, depends what state the Wagon is in at the time and if i can balance both jobs at the time and if it clashes with a Time Attack event and if we got the V6 conversion completed !! Phew.
Will surely see you before then anyway ?

According to nurburgringers.net the dates have been confirmed for this year.
Based on this I have looked into the crossing times for:
Sat 10th May to return on Tues 13th May. So far I have got it down to £62.
The Sunday and Monday has the track being open to the public pretty much all day, so it would be a good time to go.
Any suggestions, comments or brainwaves then feel free to air them. It would be good to get the ball rolling

Marksti has got the crossing down to £19 each way ask him to send you the info mate but im up for these dates is it deffo 100% now then....
If you are going to get ferries, then a return crosing can be had for as little as £28. For deals on crossings try Norfolkline ferry services to France (cross channel Dover Dunkerque) and Ireland (Liverpool Belfast/Dublin)
I have not checked for deals on tunnel crossings, but if I hear of anything ill post it up for you.

We as in me, bill, and marksti worked it out that ferry is better you get chance for a rest and takes u closer inland towards germany and cheaper so u save on crossing and save on fuel when u get on other side
The crossing is from Dover to Dunkerque. Click on the link for availability and crossing times. That route is a 3 hour crossing. Prices can be had from as little as £28 return! If you are travelling on the bank holiday dates, prices do shoot up.

I've had a look at the Dover/Dunkerque crossings, and a respectable crossing time on the Saturday (6am) to return on Tuesday (18:00) will set you back £42 per car of 2 people. Sounds good to me. Lets start booking !!!
