Blue bug and seperate blue blob going towards Thorney

Spotted a couple about 30 secs apart a bug with (prodrive??) dual lights and a blue blob ... both flashed / waved so just saying hi !!!

HI....

both near Eye/Dogsthorpe turning in Peterborough
