I don't know about special oil, I would have thought not, but the best way to make sure that the turbo is full of oil, is to crank the engine over for a while with the ignition somehow disabled, at least until the oil pressure light goes of, longer would be good though.

Me and my friend still have nightmares from replacing a turbo in my 200SX. I wouldn't even dream of changing the spark plugs on my scooby now, let alone a turbo....
Sparkplugs are easy to change - with the right tool.
Hehe give me a few months and I'll probably be stripping the engine down. I'm just too scared of breaking anything as it seems too pretty to be scrapped.
