A quick question for those in the know.
I have a 03sti with ppp, can I replace the std exhaust resonator (the naff looking thing between the sports cat and backbox) for a straight through pipe?
Some on here say that the ppp is rather rich as std, so would this be an ok mod? any mappers out there know for certain?
I'm after a better sound really, if it's abit quicker then that's a bonus but I don't have the money for a remap.

Makes **** all difference to the map mate, its primarily a sound mod only with the added benefit of improved/smoother rev control.

 

I can see a trip to H&S on the cards then, cheers.
