rear bumper dent removal
Yeah someone very kindly drove into the back of my car and drove off a while ago. Took the bumper off and it was a single skin so got a few litres of boiling hot water and put it in the inside of the bumper to warm it, then gently pushed out the dent with a rubber dome.Still had the bumper filled slightly and sprayed because of the scuff that was caused by the other driver.

If the paint isnt tarnished, then u should be able to heat it up and re shape it easily using such as a heat gun and wooden hammer shaft, plastic has a memory and will generally return to its original shape with a little persuasion! Good luck..
If you look under the car there are bolts going up through the chassis rail.. You need to remove the rear corner exhaust hanger to get to one.. Then on the tips of the bumper where it meets the wheelarches there are two plastic fixers. There should also be two more plastic fixers or screws at the base of the rear in the middle of the car.
