folding mirrors

i have bought some jdm electric folding mirrors and switch for my uk sti 8, i thought it would be a straight plug in... but thought wrong!! is there a relay needed or anything else?

any advice welcome

its a straight plug in on my P1......just make sure the switch is the correct one (ie folding mirror type )

got correct switch and have tried plugging it all in but they dont work still

should all the wiring already be in the loom as i have read that in the classics you have to run more wires from the switch?
