Missed the pole dancer. Shame.
As for live action. Agree its got worse the last few years. Who wants to see diggers and sidecars. I certainly dont. hyundai and higgins were good though as were Eklund and Gollop in the rallycross cars.
Best year by far was about 5 years ago when Kenneth Erikkson blew 2 engines doing donuts in the scoob. Anyone who saw this guy will cetainly remember this.
Chip.

For anyone considering paying the extra to watch the Live Action show in the Thunderdrome at Autosport this weekend I'd think very carefully unless you're a)under 10, b)heavily into JCBs and Dumper truck 'racing', c)a big fan of pantomime

This years 'action' was considerably poorer than previous years in my humble opinion saved only by some splendid driving by David Higgins in the Barretts of Canterbury rally prepared scoob which looked and sounded awesome
My respect for Amanda Stretton has gone down considerably (she and some other bloke were hosting it) as they treated the whole thing like a panto. Two blokes near us got up and walked out, unfortunately missing the best bit which was David Higgins and the other rally cars! I hope that next year that the organisers go back to their original format.
The rest of the show was superb as usual and featured many different scoobies on show by various companies.
One for the lads - don't forget to check out the pole dancer in the Bikesport section
