Default remap question

I have a 2003 WRX and am in need of a little advice, I have fitted a prodrive backbox and inter cooler hose and will shortly be getting a centre decat pipe and a green panel filter. Is a stage 1 remap going to give similar results to a PPP or am I better off looking around for a prodrive ecu and having my keys programmed, also how much does it cost to have the keys done and will they still work with my original ecu if I want to put back to stock when I sell.

Thanks

Darren

I am in the midlands I just want to get similar results to PPP just feel that their prices are a little high for what you get, maybe worth it if car new and the warranty is important.

Try Scoobyclinic (Chesterfield). Remap licence is £550+VAT (first time only) plus RR and mappers time. Probably a lot less trouble than trying to source a PPP'd ECU.

Stick with oe ecu and a remap, I'm still using mine and she's heading for 500 bhp! Bob Rawle at BR developments is the best I've known for mapping and his prices are very reasonable. He's also excellent on advice and future tuning mods if you want.
