Default Locking wheel nuts for impreza, That Fit!

Anyone care to tell me the best fitting locking wheel nuts for a 2007 WRX, I have just been and purchased Mcgard 24152 Su and they stick out about an inch!

The subaru recomended size and the ones in Halfords chart are wrong!

Anyone who wants the correct ones you need to buy 24013

This is what the wrong ones will look like! (****e!)

i will get a photo up tomorrow if you want to see the correct fitting ones?

halfords are only 3 miles down the road, so i went straight back and swapped them. I was glad of an excuse to go out cant understand why I clocked up 30 miles though....

The new shaped ones look 100 times better!

Excellent, nice one mate. Just as long as they are long enough to do the same job of staying on lol

Just looked them up. Do they actually look TOTALLY different, as the illustration I have seen sure does.

If you get the 24013 model you also need the plastic caps that screw over the top.

Aaaah much better. Surely the caps would be of help to stop it rusting or something lol.

Cheers for the pic mate, might have to get a set on order. The missus was only taking the pee again tonight.

If you buy them from your local dealer theyll be the correct fitting and theyll be much cheaper than Halfrauds!

All the subarus I have seen including ones at several UK Subaru dealers have the too long sticking out wheel nuts? Look stupid in my eyes!

Just checked on subaru.co.uk on for sale section and they all seem to have the long ugly ones!
