Hi All,

Apart from the fact a Prodrive Back Box sounds so SEXY!! Would you say it gives any better BHP/Torque?

Its more free flowing than a standard pipe.. Ive got the optional Prodrive P1 box and **** me its loud compared to the standard prodrive and its straight through, can drop a golf ball through it lol

 

I fitted a prodrive backbox on my car and with no other mods have not noticed any difference at all, just a slightly better noise and it looks better than the twin pipe backbox, I think to do any good needs other mods as well.

 

I have the Prodrive backbox on my car as part of the PPP.

IMO its way too quiet (you can only hear it at low revs) and im looking to get a new backbox soon

 

I fitted a drain pipe once...5" wide pipe...hardly any muffle too loud!!

I am looking for a very DEEP sound is Prodrive best?

 

From inside the car you can hardly hear my Prodrive backbox. I would say it is a deep 'burble' but thats only when you can hear it at low revs. At high revs its almost silent!

 

Weird - as my Prodrive backbox seems very loud.
