Sounds like your flywheel needs skiming

check rear prop centre bearing, and gearbox mounts, unlikely its flywheel

Sounds like the flywheel. Its usually more of a judder than vibration.

Has happened to me before with the same symptoms, when I either didn't skim the flywheel or have it skimmed properly whilst replacing clutch.

There is a GB on Exedy clutches/flywheels on at the moment.
