Question BRAKE PAD HELP REQ'D PLEASE

I would like to upgrade the pads on my 02 WRX as the standard ones don't seem very good and it does my head in keep cleaning the wheels with the dust they create.

What are the best pads for use with my standard discs?

If you could also point me in the right direction of the best place to buy them it would help

Try the Wheels, tyres and Brakes forum

For OE disks I would go for Pagid blacks - 4.2.1 I think, from Alyn at AS Performance

Ferodo DS2500 every time. Set 9876H if I recall, about £150.00 a set and worth every penny.

Call if I can help, on Monday

The ferrodo pads recommended by David are superb once warmed up. Don't make a mess of your wheels so much either.

I've got them fitted with DBA XS discs (didn't want a full AP racing setup) and the car stops very quickly.
