Wink

My first MOT is due in April (MY99 car) and was gonna take a trip to SS to get it done. Thought while I was there I might get something done about the awful lights. Would I be better going for Morrettes on the MY99 for dark unlit roads or should I stick to the standard lights (with Vision Plus bulbs) and get the Cibie driving lights done instead to light the way on full beam???

One or the other though - not both

Which would you recommend and why???

scoobyjawa,

i have morrettes on my scoob (my98) and the difference they make when driving at night is superb, looks wise they are not to everyone's taste, but they sure are worth the money !

can't comment on cibie's; never been in a car with them

Wotcha Jawa!

Have a chat with Andy Tang - think he said that when he got the Morettes with uprated bulbs he no longer needed the spotlights and put the fogs back in.

See you soon,
Steve

Is that the postponed Cricketers meet? Hadn't been following the thread but it'd be good to see folks.

Got a postcode/ address for the place so I can multimap it? Don't know that area at all. Think I've missed every meet that's been there so far

See you soon
Steve

The Morettes were on my Scooby when I bought it Neil, so can't really comment on not having them. I've stuck the much rated Philips VP bulbs in and I find them pretty good.

I still want some PIAAs though!
